We apply encryption in transit, role-based access control, and least-privilege database security policies. No system is completely immune to risk, but we work to industry-standard engineering practices.

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers who host or process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where disclosure is required by law.

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the business relationship and satisfy record-keeping obligations. Unsuccessful career applications are retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
